For private
tuition the student is required to make an initial deposit payment equal to that of a single
tuition session. This effectively keeps the student one payment ahead of the
current tuition.
Payments are usually made at the tuition sessions unless otherwise
agreed with the tutor.
The purpose of the deposit policy is to ensure a tuition session is available to
the student.
This will also be used to compensate the tutor in the event of the student
missing a lesson, unless 24 hours or more notice is given or the session can be
substituted for by another student.
